For healthcare workers

April 2022

The Pope's prayer intention (April 2022)

We pray for health care workers who serve the sick and the elderly, especially in the poorest countries; may they be adequately supported by governments and local communities.

Do you see Jesus' face in the sick and their caretakers?

Healthcare workers have an important role in our communities. Jesus has a special love for those who are in their care: the sick, elderly, persons with a disability...We are all called to recognise Jesus' face in every person in need, and also in those who care for them! We can recognise him both in the good Samaritan and the poor traveller. You may have many questions about this: the Tweeting with GOD app can help you find answers.
