3.14 Hoe maak ik de tijd vol bij de aanbidding?
Tijdens de aanbidding wordt de hostie, het Lichaam van Jezus zelf, geplaatst in een mooi versierde houder (monstrans). Jezus is zo goed zichtbaar voor iedereen en kan aanbeden worden. Veel dichter bij God kunnen we op aarde niet komen.
Je hoeft niet veel te doen. Het is juist de kracht van de aanbidding dat wij even niets doen. In de stilte van de aanbidding kun je helemaal stilstaan bij Jezus. Dit kan met heel je hart. Door zo aanwezig te zijn bij Jezus, laten we zien niet zonder hem te kunnen.
